Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity; these are the realities of today and will continue to be so in the future. VUCA can provide us with language for understanding these conditions. It can help us to approach the environment we’re in, with all it’s challenges and to recognize the opportunities. In this program we will consider the skills and approaches we can develop in response.
