Generations in the Workplace

Baby Boomers were born prior to 1963, Generation Xers were born between 1964 and 1980, and Millennials were born between 1980 and 1995. We hear a lot about what Millennials want and how they are different from Gen-Xers and (especially) Baby Boomers. While we need to be careful not to stereotype any person, we can definitely say that, as of late, the rules have changed.
