The impact of racism and gender converges on workplace issues may arise in relation to an employer’s behaviour and actions towards racial or gender persons. In this training you will learn the employer’s obligations in regards to managing a diverse workforce; the actions and behaviours exhibited by management that amount to damages when dealing with racial or gender groups and the recent Court and tribunal hearings that held employers accountable for engaging in stereotyping and racial/gender discrimination.
